About Eagle River Station:

Eagle River Station is a planned mixed-use development located on approximately 84 acres of land immediately east of the Chambers Road Business Park in Eagle, Colo. Designed primarily for retail, the project also includes a rental residential component and allows for a range of other uses including institutional uses, health/medical and entertainment. Part of the project is the construction of a new East Eagle I-70 interchange in Eagle, Colorado along with improvements to Highway 6.

Owner/developer:

The owner/developer is Trinity Red Eagle Development, LLC, part of Phoenix-based RED Development in 11 states.

Phased Development:  
Phase 1: 582,500 square feet of commercial space (primarily retail) and 250 rental apartments
Phase 2: 150,000 square feet of Commercial space (primarily retail) and 300 rental apartments
Total development: up to 732,500 square feet of commercial space and up to 550 rental apartments on approximately 84 acres of land.

Timing:

Design for the 1-70 interchange and Highway 6 improvements launched in September 2013; construction is expected to begin in May 2015. Building and leasing of Eagle River Station will follow, with exact timing in line with market demand. 

Planning and Design Partners:

RED Development has brought together a highly qualified design team with strong participation from Colorado-based companies, including lead civil engineering firm, Martin/Martin, Inc., which is based in Lakewood and nearby in Edwards.  Other project partners, including the apartment developer, will be finalized as the project moves forward.
